IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY
- 01. MOBILIZATION
Sensitization, mobilization of farmers and formation of Producer Groups with 10-20 members and 1 member per household; Organizing Multi-stakeholder platforms to identify priority products. - 04. SUPPORT FUNDING
Support funding and training to farmers in project clusters and to service providers, traders and other market players to enable access by farmers to supply chain.

- 02. CLUSTERING
167 Clusters and 485 sub-clusters across all 11 districts of the state identified based on priorities of farmers; Clustering enables project to implement intensified interventions in each cluster. - 03. BUSINESS PLAN
Stock taking, gap analysis of existing setup of the farmers and support in preparation of financially viable and market oriented business plans.
